Findasite Town Planners was established in 2012 as a Town Planning Firm that offered affordable development solutions to every level of developer. The firm specialises in project management, development compliance, development assessment and project strategy services.

The firm has vast experience in all forms of property development and can offer advice in relation to every aspect of your next project, from individual houses through to high rise projects.

The firm expanded in late 2013 to take on a further Town Planner and began specialising in taking clients “from start to finish”. This included finding development sites, drafting and project managing the development application, compliance with development approval conditions and development strategy.

We have found that our clients appreciate the fact that we aide them throughout the development process and allow them to get the best returns on their investment.

The firm expanded in 2017 and 2018 to now offer in combination with Civil360 and ArchiSolve specialist civil engineering services and architectural drafting. Findasite’s ambition is to provide specialist property development services all within the same office.
